Jason is a Health and Fitness Technician with an A.A.S from SFCC, as well as an NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer). His specialty is Functional Fitness and Corrective Exercise. His fitness journey started with a doctor’s appointment. For ten years he had been overweight and out of shape, but meeting with his doctor was the turning point. Jason started on the path of learning a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. This sparked a desire to help others through the same process. He enrolled in the Health and Fitness program at SFCC to gain the foundation necessary to achieve that goal.

His hobbies outside of work are books, writing, and spending time with his family. When he started dating his wife, they discovered that they’ve both lived in the exact same apartment at separate times.
