Our Strength Class uses the StrongFirst Method of strength training. Our students learn how to safely and effectively reach high levels of strength with a combination of Hardstyle kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight movements. The program runs for a duration of about 6-12 weeks depending on focus. Our trainers will push your body to limits and expand your physical abilities, no matter where you start.
Our Conditioning Class puts you through a work capacity based full body circuit. A variation of load, rest time, and volume improves our students’ ability to be active in life. This program is based on the Strength Class model and will help you build both stamina and fast-twitch muscle strength.
Move better using the Ground Force Method through a unique mixture of unloaded and loaded mobility exercises. This method focuses on movement through mobility, injury prevention, torso coordination, plyometrics, resistance training, and metabolic conditioning in order to allow our students to move better, strong, and faster as they progress.
Kettlebells are a cast iron or steel ball with a handle. Circus strongmen in the 19th century are considered to be the first to use kettlebells as exercise equipment. The kettlebell is a versatile weight that will help you gain muscle and burn fat! Our kettlebell classes will push you to your limits and beyond!
